Cruise up & down the
Caloosahatchee River on a
Thursday afternoon on the
Captain J. P.
February 18, 2010 - 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We will board at 9:30 a.m. - be there early to get your tickets from Jeane and to sit together.
(They do not reserve seats)
Decks 1 & 2 are enclosed.
$35 includes all you care to eat buffet lunch.
Enjoy a five hour, relaxing cruise going east on the Intracoastal Waterway. Pass through the Franklin Lock and observe the workings of a lock. The river banks flourish with tropical growth, palms and wildlife along with dolphins, manatees, and maybe an alligator or two.
Come enjoy Florida’s natural beauty, good food, friends, music, and an open third deck.
Directions: The boat leaves from the downtown Ft. Myers Yacht Basin between the two 41 bridges on the south side of the Caloosahatchee River. From I-75 N or S, exit 141. Then take 80W approximately 6 miles to downtown Ft. Myers. Turn right onto Hendry St. and over to Edwards Drive (dead ends at river). Park at the 10 hour meters: bring quarters.
